I was 36 years old for my first IVF cycle and my doctor transferred 4 embryos. He was skeptical at "first" but went ahead and did the transfer. It was a successful cycle with one baby. Now, that I'm 40 years old, I'm not sure how many she will transfer. Best of luck to you.
