What about DHEA? I'm no expert, but I know that some centers use dhea for cases like yours. dhea is some sort of over the counter drug that is used by athletes i think. (PLEASE look into this yourself, and only take this as a suggestion!!!). search in google on dhea and maybe pregnancy and see what you find.
