I have PCOS basically this means you get multiple cysts in your ovaries. You may have an irregular cycle and weight gain. There are several other symptoms but these are the most common. They also say PCOS and diabetes have a link. Most people with PCOS get treated with Metformin (a med used for diabetics).
This is said to help regulate your blood sugar and help w/the affects of the PCOS.
I would start by changing your carb intake and see what the dr's say about putting u on Metformin.
