I had an ovary removed a few years back and since then have been imagining only the worst. Every time I get a twinge I am afraid it will signal a problem with my last hope. But now we are doing some creative accounting and we may be able to make another try. (I almost wrote "final" try, but am trying to learn to keep a more positive attitude.
