Finding hope
I just came across an article in Newsweek i think about someone just like me! She got cancer and managed to survive the treatment and get into recovery.
Then she found a doctor who is using new mthods and found a way to get her pregnant. Once she got pregnant through the new method she delivered a child and then she got pregnant again naturally. Wow, that's exactly what I'm hoping for.

I wish I'd known some of things I'm learning now BEFORE I went for the chemo. When I had the cancer it was all I could think about and frankly I was thinking about survival, not having a family.
Turns out there's a lot I could have done before the treatment such as freezing eggs. Since the chemo my system has shut down. They are trying to restart it with some drugs. If that doesn't work they will try to find some eggs. |
