thoughts on number of embryos to transfer

Hi, I'm 38 and wondering if anyone has any thoughts on the number of embryos that should be transferred, 2 or 3? This is my first attempt and I would like to have twins so that I don't have to undergo this procedure again.

I am 35 years living in Germany. First cycle hyperstimulated terribly and had to receive tranfusions, 22 eggs retrieved, 11 fertilised, 3 (thats the law in Germany) tranferred in May, 8 frozen. 12 day after transfer started bleeding and my period came. Has anyone had this experience? Will probably have the next tranfer with my next cycle. And which is the best health insurance for women like me to have since my insurance refused to pay.
