losing weight motivation

The doctor suggeseted I should lose some weight before getting into any kind of treatment, and I have decided to use for motivation. Not that I should need any, but, hey, a little push helps. I plan to start weight watchers and have set my goal on six months, by fall. It will be in time for my 37th birthday.

Good luck with WW -- it's a wonderful program and I have lost up to 42 pounds on it but have gained some weight back I'm also a lifetime member and if you ever want to chat about WW -- I'm all ears.
