i'm 38 years old, married for 12 years & no children. the doctor says my husband has azoospermia, testicular biopsy sertoli cell only. hormones FSH ,LH normal , 13 biopsies were taken and no sperm could be retrived....anyone been through this before? any thoughts about our options?
