Default Long distance running

I am a l-d runner putting in about 75 mile training weeks for the last six months, specifically training for a marathon in May. I am told it's not unusual for women at this level to have disrupted menstrual issues, and I certainly do. Now I'm getting married in the fall and wonder if anyone knows how long these affects last? Are they reversible and how long does it take before my system gets back to normal? Also what is a safe mileage range I might shoot for and still have a chance to conceive?
I would love to hear if anyone has any thoughts.
sincerely, Cathy
